Suppliance B.V. reserves the right to make modifications at any time to the software and/or the documentation without approval or notification. The software described in this document is provided under the software license and may be used in accordance with such license. By using the software you agree to the conditions and rules stated in the License agreement.

Suppliance B.V. cannot be responsible for losses of any kind arising from using or misusing the software. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied! Suppliance B.V. does not guarantee that the software will comply with user's expectations or demands.

Suppliance B.V. guarantees that the Telefoon Assistent software does not contain initially any 'Trojan horses' and other fragments of code that does not comply with activities implemented by software. 
 
Telefoon Assistent lite is being distributed as FREEWARE. The term "FREEWARE" means that the software may be used without any charge, and freely distributed (including, but not limited to: by website, e-mail, cd-rom). You might not charge anything for the distribution of this software, but the actual costs of media and shipping.

Suppliance B.V. is not associated with Unit 4 Multivers, Unit 4 Software, Exact Holding N.V. or Exact Software.
Suppliance B.V. is established without involvement from Unit 4 or Exact.
